My interest in eastern philosophy began in the early 1970’s when I studied aikido.

I started my education in the wholistic health field in 1976 when I apprenticed as a natural foods chef. I was introduced to yoga and acupressure that same year. I studied eastern principles of medicine, acupuncture theory and energy anatomy in Boston MA from 1976-1978.

In 1981 I received my first 10 sessions of Structural Integration. Sometimes you just know, I knew I would devote my life to this work and the process of health and healing. In 1982 I attended the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy here in New York.

1986 I attended the Inst. of Psychophysical Integration in Tampa FL. A school of Postural Integration.

Since then I have completed training’s and certification from the Rolf Guild in Boulder CO, the Zero Balancing School of Structural Acupressure and the Hakomi Method of Body Mind Therapy also in Boulder CO.
